Our team has an extensive array of legal experts in various fields and we have developed overtime a training module for our niche where we provide client specific training workshops for target department.
A lot of legal matters referred to us by clients reflect that legal obligations would have accrued from date of initial contact between an untrained staff member and a customer. There is therefore need for us to foster a culture of refresher courses and trainings that are specifically designed to curb potential litigation. Beacuse we also have the capacity to develop in-house credit control policies and documents as well as labour and other policies we are better positioned to teach staff to adhere to the set policies purely for the improvement of our client's bottom line.
We have our own training facilities for teams of up to eleven and have relationships with other service providers for clients that have larger workforces.
